Terms & Conditions of Participation
These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in a retreat organized by Fleur de Lys Retreats Inc., a Nevada Corporation. By submitting a reservation form and signing the retreat agreement, you acknowledge and accept the following terms.
1. Booking Process
To apply for a retreat, please complete the reservation form. Once processed, you will receive a retreat agreement via ZohoSign. Upon execution of the agreement, you will receive a secure payment link for your deposit or full payment (if the retreat is within 180 days of arrival).
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Deposit
A deposit of $1,500 USD is required to hold your spot.
- If the retreat does not meet the minimum number of participants, the full $1,500 deposit will be refunded with no deductions.
- If the retreat is canceled by the participant before it is guaranteed, the deposit is refundable less a $125 administrative and credit card processing fee.
- Once the retreat is guaranteed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
2.2 Final Payment
Once the retreat is guaranteed, you will receive an email notification and an invoice for the remaining balance. Final payment is due no later than 180 days before the retreat begins.
2.3 Late Bookings
If you book fewer than 180 days before the retreat begins, the full retreat fee is due immediately.
2.4 Payment Methods
We accept all major debit/credit cards via a secure global payment processor.
- US participants may pay via ACH bank transfer and receive a $75 discount.
- International participants will be invoiced in euros, with exchange rates applied at the time of payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Participant Cancellation
To cancel, email connect@fleurdelysretreats.com with “Cancellation” in the subject line.
- Before the retreat is guaranteed: You may cancel at any time and receive a refund of your deposit less the $125 administrative and credit card processing fee.
- After the retreat is guaranteed: All payments are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation protection.
3.2 Company Cancellation & Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to artist illness, venue disruption, or logistical issues, the Company will make a good faith effort to reschedule or offer a credit toward a future retreat of equal value. Refunds will not be issued.
This policy also applies to Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or civil unrest.
The Company is not responsible for expenses paid to third parties (e.g., airfare, travel insurance, or accommodations outside retreat dates).
4. Transportation
Scheduled group transportation is included:
- To and from the nearest designated airport or train station
- For all planned group outings during the retreat
Participants must wait for official retreat confirmation before booking travel. If unable to meet the group shuttle, local taxi information will be provided.
5. Materials List
The retreat artist will provide a materials list 3 to 6 months prior to the retreat. You will receive it via email with ample time to prepare.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical coverage
- Travel delays and disruptions

Fleur de Lys Retreats is not affiliated with any insurance provider and cannot be held responsible for coverage decisions.

8. Legal Entity & Jurisdiction
Fleur de Lys Retreats Inc. is a Nevada Corporation. All legal matters are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
9. Dispute Resolution
The Parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion and mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by arbitration in the State of Nevada.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the signed retreat agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior communications. Amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
