At Fleur de Lys Retreats, we want your experience—whether with our team, the artists, creators, wellness practitioners, or your time in France—to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. โจ How do I sign up for a retreat?
To apply for a retreat, please complete the form on our Retreat Signup page here. We will process your signup and send a confirmation email and payment link for your deposit to reserve your spot.
๐ณ What is the payment process?
Deposit: A fully refundable $1,500 deposit is required to hold your spot. If the retreat does not reach the minimum number of participants and is not guaranteed, your deposit will be returned in full.
Final Payment: Once the retreat is guaranteed, you’ll receive an invoice for the remaining balance, due no later than 180 days before the retreat begins.
Late Bookings: If you book fewer than 180 days before the retreat starts, the full retreat fee is due immediately.
Payment Method: We accept all major debit/credit cards via Stripe, a secure global payment processor. Final payments can also be made via **ACH bank transfer**, which qualifies for a $75 discount. Payment plans (2–3 installments) are available for a 5% admin fee.
๐งพ When will I receive the materials list?
The retreat artist will provide a materials list for your workshop 3 to 6 months prior to the retreat. You’ll receive it via email with plenty of time to prepare.
โ What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel, please email us at connect@fleurdelysretreats.com with “Cancellation” in the subject line.
• Before the retreat is guaranteed: You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of your deposit.
• After the retreat is guaranteed: All payments are non-refundable for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation protection.
๐ What if Fleur de Lys Retreats needs to reschedule?
In the rare event that we need to reschedule due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, your entire payment—including your deposit—will be refunded in full.
๐ Is transportation included?
Yes. The retreat includes scheduled transportation to and from the nearest designated airport or train station, as well as for all planned group outings during the week.
โ๏ธ When should I book my flights or train travel?
Please wait to book your flights or train tickets until you receive an official confirmation email that the retreat is guaranteed. Once the minimum number of participants is met, we’ll notify all accepted participants so you can move forward with your travel arrangements.
๐ง๐จ Will there be a chance to connect with the artist and other participants before the retreat?
Yes! We’ll host two live Zoom sessions with the retreat artist and fellow participants:
- Welcome Call – ~2 weeks after the retreat is confirmed
- Pre-Retreat Call – ~2–3 weeks before the retreat begins
These are great opportunities to ask questions, connect as a group, and get excited.
Can’t make it? Don’t worry — we’ll record both calls and share replays with all participants.
