Reservation Form
Our retreats offer an unforgettable experience of creativity, connection, and beauty in the heart of France. Whether you are an artist, a seeker, or simply someone longing for inspiration, we invite you to join us. Spaces are intentionally limited to keep each retreat intimate and meaningful.
To reserve your spot, please complete the short form below. We will review your submission and respond within one business day. We kindly ask that only those ready to move forward submit this form.
If space is available, you will receive a digital retreat agreement for review and signature, along with a €1,500 deposit invoice due upon receipt to confirm your place. The deposit is fully refundable until the retreat is guaranteed. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send a retreat brochure with everything you need to prepare for your week.
Final payment is due 180 days prior to the retreat start date. Please keep an eye on your inbox for retreat guarantee notifications, as timely responses help us plan for everyone.
If the retreat is full, we will reach out with an invitation to join the waitlist.

We’ll process your request by the next business day. Please keep an eye out for three emails:
- One from our team with next steps
- One from us via our partner Zoho Sign with your retreat agreement
- One from us via Stripe, our secure payment platform, with instructions for your $1500 deposit
If you selected a retreat that’s currently full:
You’ve been added to the waitlist. If a spot opens, we’ll reach out right away. You’ll have 48 hours to confirm, sign the agreement, and submit your deposit to secure your place.
*Please note: Ana Falceta now has a second retreat date: May 3–9, 2026. If those dates work for you, we’d love to welcome you—just reply to this email and we’ll send next steps.
If you selected a retreat with open availability:
We’ll send your agreement and payment instructions shortly to confirm your spot.
